Alumni play a vital role in supporting universities by promoting professional development, strengthening institutional networks, and enhancing communication between graduates and their universities. Despite this importance, many colleges face challenges in managing alumni data efficiently and maintaining continuous engagement with graduates after they complete their studies. This project presents an Alumni Data Management System (ADMS) developed for the College of Computer at Qassim University with the aim of improving alumni information management and facilitating effective communication between the college and its graduates. The proposed system was designed using standard system analysis and design methodologies, including use case diagrams and data flow diagrams, to ensure a structured and user-centered solution. The system provides several essential features for administrators, such as managing alumni records, searching and filtering data, generating organized alumni information, and publishing announcements and updates. In addition, alumni users are able to access news and announcements, browse graduate profiles, and update their personal and professional information through an easy-to-use interface. The developed system offers a reliable, secure, and user-friendly platform that enhances the efficiency of alumni data management while strengthening long-term engagement between the college and its graduates. Furthermore, the system contributes to building a connected academic and professional community that supports collaboration, networking, and future institutional development.
